You’re Not Lazy. The Chair Is.
A flat chair seat tips your pelvis backward about 10, 15 degrees, enough to flatten your lumbar curve and load your tailbone with every pound you weigh. In the video I show the same chair, same person, cushion off then cushion on: hips level, lower back curved, feet still flat. That one change is the entire argument for this product.
A memory foam seat cushion isn’t padding
